6th July - Noordwolde - Holland
On Sunday 6th July I was at Noordwolde , Holland for the European Semi Final. Practice was ok however the spare bike didn’t feel as comfortable as the main. In heat one I finished a good second. In Heat two I finished sixth after a tough first bend put me at the back. Again in Heat three I was second which put me in contention for the B Final. However unfortunately in my final Heat when trying to get third place I clipped the back wheel of the rider in front and had no option to lay the bike down.
I only needed one point to get into the B final but this was not to be, however I did qualify for the C final where I came second. The experience was excellent and I hope that this will be the first of many International meetings this year
